A small piece of the Northern Lights was found in the Þingvellir National Park in Iceland this morning, after a spectacular show in the sky last night. Rangers came across the fallen piece this morning and it will be put on a temporary display in the visitor center later today. Visitors are welcome to have a look at this amazing piece from 3 pm today.
“The specimen was very light and It was not to hard moving it,” said one of the rangers. For more updates, follow the Þingvellir National Park on Facebook: www.facebook.com/thingvellirnationalpark
